报告摘要:石英玻璃是一种古老的材料,它有四千多年的历史,它的应用伴随着人类文明的发展。至今,氧化硅基的玻璃材料还活跃在日常生活乃至芯片等先进领域,通常来说,因为玻璃的高硬度,高脆性和高化学稳定性,加工玻璃,特别是制造玻璃的任意三维形状的物体是非常不容易的。增材制造被视为玻璃加工的重要的有潜力的手段,本次报告将介绍关于超高精度玻璃增材制造的最新进展,以及其在各种领域中的应用潜力。


Abstract: Glass made from silica has a history of more than 4,000 years, and its applications have accompanied the evolution of human civilization. To this day, silica-based glass products continue to be used in everyday life and even in cutting-edge industries such as chip manufacturing. Due to the great hardness, high brittleness, and high chemical stability of glass, its processing, particularly the production of glass items with arbitrary three-dimensional shapes, is generally difficult. Additive manufacturing is regarded as a significant and promising method for glass processing, this talk will discuss the most recent breakthroughs in ultra-high precision glass additive manufacturing and its potential for use in a variety of fields.



专家简介:温燮文,现为香港理工大学长聘教轨助理教授,Presidential Young Scholar, 曾获国家级青年人才。本硕毕业于中山大学,博士毕业于美国莱斯大学,曾在阿贡国家实验室从事博士后研究。主要研究方向为高精度3D打印,微纳米制造,半导体工艺和设备,先进显微光谱及成像技术等。目前为止发表论文30余篇,引用约2000次,H-index 24,包括Nature Materials, Nature Photonics, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, PNAS等权威期刊。
